Posts
HiWeld 3D50™ posts are hollow steel sections designed to support the fence structure. The posts are available in different configurations based on height and installation requirements:
Installation Methods:
- Over-length set in-ground
- Base plated for bolting onto concrete
- Cranked to suit wall mounting
- Plastic cap for post tops
- Post Sizes: 40x40 mm, 60x60 mm, 50x100 mm
- Extension with 45° cranked or double (Y) cranked tops for added deterrence
Panels:
The mesh panels are crafted from welded steel wires with a 50x200mm mesh design, featuring a special 3D profile for extra reinforcement. The standard panel width is 2500 mm, while panel heights can range from 950 mm to 1950 mm, with options to stack panels for fences up to 6000 mm in height. Anti-climb measures include:
- 30mm projecting spikes
- Optional barbed wires (3 or 6 rows)
- Barbed wire with concertina roll


Fittings
Metal clips or flat bars are used to secure the mesh panels to the posts. Fittings are spaced at 400mm intervals, using round head 8mm diameter bolts for attachment.
Finishing Options
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
All steel components shall be hot-dip galvanized in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461 to ensure superior corrosion protection and extended service life.
Powder Coating
For enhanced durability and aesthetic finish, components shall comply with BS EN 13438, involving hot-dip galvanizing followed by a high-quality powder coating process.
