System Overview: Posts, Panels, and Fittings
Posts
Crafted from strong 60x60 mm rectangular hollow sections with a 3 mm thickness, the posts offer a post-to-post spacing of 3000 mm center-to-center. Adjustable in height, the posts cater to various installation preferences:
- Over-length for setting in the ground.
- Base plated for bolting onto concrete.
- Cranked for wall mounting
Panels:
Spanning 3000 mm between posts, each panel features pales of 25 mm diameter (up to 2000 mm height) or 32 mm diameter for taller fences. The pales, made from CHR round pipes with 2 mm thickness, pass through 60x30x2 mm horizontal RHS rails. The rails are positioned for maximum strength, with the bottom rail 150 mm above the ground and the top rail 175 mm from the top pale position. Pales are spaced 140 mm center-to-center, with a 122 mm distance between the post and panel. Pale tops are cut at a 45-degree angle to enhance anti-climbing security.
Fittings
Connections between pales and rails, as well as panels and posts, are exclusively welded, avoiding traditional nut-and-bolt assemblies. This ensures a secure, tamper-resistant connection. For post installation, choose between ground placement or a 150x150 mm base plate with a 10 mm thickness.
Gates
Matching gates are available in single or double leaf, swing, sliding, and tracked configurations, with options for manual or automatic operation.
