The gates are designed for larger dimensions, typically exceeding 2.5 meters in width or height. To ensure structural stability, vertical interior bracing is employed for widths over 2.5 meters, while hori-zontal reinforcements are added when the fabric height exceeds 2.5 meters. The frames and components are treated with galva-nized, PVC Coated or powder-coated finishes, ensuring longevity and resistance to environmental wear and tear

Types of Swing Gates
Single Leaf Swing Gate
The single leaf swing gate features one door, typically 1000mm wide, making it ideal for pedestrian access. It requires adequate space for the gate to swing inward or outward, allowing for controlled entry and exit, making it a preferred option for foot traffic in both commercial and residential settings.
Double Leaf Swing Gate
The double leaf swing gate consists of two doors, providing a larger opening for vehicular access. This type of gate is ideal for areas that require wide clearance for vehicles or equipment, offering flexibility for multiple types of access. Double swing gates are a popular choice for industrial and commercial spaces.

The post is the backbone of the gate structure, made from heavy-duty materials such as SCH 40 grade pipes, tubes depending on the situation and length of gates
Gate Frame
Constructed from durable pipes (commonly 60mm OD with internal reinforcement) for chain link fence and for other gates we used depending on the situation , the frame provides structural integrity to the gate, supporting the mesh and resisting deformation over time.
Mesh/Fabric
Depending on the fence type, the mesh can vary in materials and thickness. For chain link, welded mesh, or HCIS, the mesh is crafted from galvanized or vinyl-coated steel wire, providing security and durability.
Barbed Wire/Anti-Climb
In high-security applications, such as with HCIS fencing, the gate often features barbed wire or anti-climb extensions. These are integrated into the top of the gate to prevent unauthorized climbing.
Locking Mechanism
A traditional or drop-lock system is used to secure the gate, typically incorporating a thick, galvanized rod for robust locking and security.

Structural Reinforcements
Bracing: To ensure the gates withstand daily use, particularly for larger configurations, internal bracing with truss rods (typically 10mm thick) is strategically incorporated to enhance the gate’s overall strength and prevent sagging.
Anti-Climb Feature: For additional security, an anti-climb de-sign is integrated with barbed wires at the top, often in a 300mm wide spacing to deter unauthorized access.
Drop Lock: For double swing gates, a drop lock system is employed, providing an extra layer of security by anchoring the gate when closed.

Single and Double Leaf Swing Gates Installation: Swing gates, whether single or double, can be configured to swing inward or outward, as specified. Proper alignment is essential, ensuring that the gates are installed plumb in the closed position with minimal ground clearance. For double gates, holdbacks are required to se-cure the leaf in place, particularly when the gate width exceeds 1524mm (5 feet).
