Hitech Electric Gates: Revolutionizing Access Control
Electric Gates for Gates
Motorized gates function as top-tier access controls for industrial and commercial installations that work with all types of security fences gate including chain link, welded mesh, steel and HCIS. The gates operate automatically through single or three-phase motors which come in swing or sliding styles. The gates extend to larger dimensions making them durable from reinforced structures and protective coatings which protect them from corrosion and improve their performance length

Types of Electric Gates
Motorized Swing Gate
Single and double leaf Motorized Swing Gate systems enable door movements through motorized arms toward or away from entrances. These gates feature automation to allow easy passage of people and vehicles. The gate motor operates with single-phase electricity for domestic and commercial gates while industrial use requires three-phase power to deliver stronger output. When operating swing gates we use the FAAC400 SBC motor that employs hydraulic controls.
Motorized Sliding Gate
Horizontally opening motorized gates match tight installation areas. Single or double versions of these gates operate with motorized rollers and FAAC 844 Gearmotors. Single-phase motors fit better with relatively lower usage but three-phase motors manage heavier and more frequent operations. Motor selection bases itself on gate size along with weight and usage frequency and additional customer-specific needs.
Structural Reinforcements
Bracing
The addition of bracing which is usually Sch 40 pipe for chain link fence gate runs internally for security purposes because they protect larger gate frames during everyday use by sustaining structural strength while stopping sagging.
Anti-Climb Feature
Gates hold an integrated security element through barbed wire systems that operate with 300mm spacing for deterring unpermitted entry.
Drop Lock
A double swing gate security system uses drop locks to anchor the gate during closed position through a mechanical locking mechanism
Detailed Components and Construction
Name | Specifications |
---|---|
Gate Posts | The anchoring posts which commonly consist of SCH 40 grade materials provide support to sliding panel(s) for their reliable operation. |
Gate Frame | Security elements use high-strength steel materials which serve to support solid or mesh panel installations. |
Infill | The security needs determine whether users choose mesh panels or galvanized or PVC-coated steel wire as the solid material. |
Tracks and Rollers | The device includes strong tracks combined with reliable rollers which enable smooth and dependable gate movement. |
Locking Mechanism | The system contains strong locking systems in either manual or automatic operation modes. |
Single Leaf Swing Gate | 1000mm wide – 1800mm Wide |
Double Leaf Swing Gate | 2000mm wide – according to customer requirements |
Electrical Setup and Safety Compliance
Single-phase and three-phase motors require electrical connection services that should be performed by certified electricians following local safety regulations. Corporations utilizing larger demanding gates with three-phase motors require reliable wirings connected to appropriate power supply systems to ensure proper operation. Since single-phase motors represent a simpler design they cost less while providing power to modest gates used by households or light commercial businesses.
Single-Phase Motor
These motors operate well in residential buildings as well as light commercial settings by dealing with standard use patterns and light-weight loads. These motors work with minimal energy and work with basic home electricity systems.
Three-Phase Motor
These motors operate efficiently throughout continuous commercial or industrial workloads because they deliver greater power alongside continuous operation features. Heavier gates together with demanding loads require three-phase motors which need specialized electrical installation for better performance yet better reliability.
Applications of Electric Sliding Gate
Finish Options & Installation Guidelines
All motorized gates including swing and sliding models need exact installation methods to function securely and safely. The correct installation of motorized gates alongside their proper alignment eliminates misalignment and decreases wear that ensures the smooth operation of motors, tracks, and gate arms.
