Spike Fence | Components
Posts
Post Options: Our fence spikes posts are engineered from a rectangular hallow section of 60x60 mm coupled with 2 mm of thickness. It is fastened to a small pale and a welded spike of 10 mm. You can adjust the post height with installation.
Installation Options
- Get extended length to fixate it in the ground.
- Base plated for concrete anchoring
- Cranked to accommodate wall mounting.
Panels:
- The fencing panels are 3000 mm in width and composed of vertical square hollow section pales (25x2mm) tightened by two 60x30x2mm horizontal rails (three for heights reaching 3000mm).
- Optimal positioning includes a lower rail set 150mm above ground and an upper rail positioned 175mm below the pale top.
- Pales are spaced 140mm apart with a 122mm post-to-pale center distance.
- Each pale features a 10mm diameter bar welded at a 45-degree angle towards the ground for enhanced security.
Fittings
- All joints between pales, rails, panels, and posts are welded to ensure a secure, tamper-resistant connection, surpassing traditional nut and bolt assemblies.
- Post-installation options include ground embedding or securement with a 150x150mm base plate of robust 10mm thickness, guaranteeing enduring strength and resilience.
Gates
Compatible gates are available in single or double leaf, swing or sliding configurations, manual or automatic operation, tailored to match the fencing system's robust security standards.

Finishing Variations
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
To ensure corrosion and extended service life, all the steel essentials of the fence should be hot galvanized in compliance with BS EN ISO 1461
Powder Coating
After hot dip galvanizing, the components are passed through high-coated powder BS EN 13438 to enhance durability and aesthetic finish
Marine-Grade Protection
To withstand salt-induced corrosion in installations within 500 meters of saltwater, a special marine-grade coating is applied to provide lasting resistance
