Chain Link Fabrics​

Our chain link fabric features a diamond mesh pattern with a 50 mm (±3.2 mm) opening, adhering to ASTM A392 standards. The height of the fabric is 2400 mm (±12 mm), designed to provide substantial security coverage. Each fabric edge is machine-twisted for a barbed finish, which complicates any intrusion attempts. All fabric rolls are 15 meters long, woven continuously without splices to ensure consistent strength and durability.

Stirrup Wire​

Offering additional support and attachment points, this wire connects the vertical posts to the mesh, reinforcing the fence at high-stress points and helping to distribute loads evenly. This design enhances the fence's ability to withstand external forces and maintain its durability

Tie Wire​

Essential for securing the chain link fabric to the tension wire and posts, our tie wire is galvanized to match ASTM A641/A641M standards, ensuring strong resistance to environmental wear. With a diameter of at least 3.0 mm and a length of 250 mm (±10 mm), it provides reliable fastening that keeps the structural integrity intact.

Line Post​

Fabricated from galvanized steel, these posts have a diameter of 60 mm, a length of 3400 mm, and a thickness of 3.91 mm. Meeting ASTM A-53 Sch.40 standards, they offer a tensile strength of 330 MPa and a yield strength of 205 MPa. Spaced no more than 3 meters apart, they are essential for supporting the chain link fabric and include a cap to prevent water ingress

Corner, End, and Strainer Posts​

Also made from galvanized steel, these posts have a diameter of 73 mm, a length of 3400 mm, and a thickness of 5.16 mm, adhering to ASTM A-53 Sch.40 standards. These posts are crucial for maintaining fence alignment and tension across changes in direction and long stretches, ensuring the fence's overall stability and security.

Fittings​

All fittings in the ARAMCO Fencing system, including extension arms shaped from pressed 1.5 mm thick sheets to form an angle, as well as round bands, offset bands, stretcher bars, carriage bolts, truss rods, turnbuckles, M8x35 mm bolts, and nuts, are manufactured following ASTM F626 standards. This ensures that every component contributes effectively to the fence's strength and longevity
