Chain Link Fabrics​

The chain link fabric must feature a diamond mesh pattern with a 50 mm (±3.2 mm) opening, complying with ASTM A392 standards. The height should be 2400 mm (±12 mm), providing adequate coverage for security needs. The fabric's top and bottom edges should be machine-twisted, creating a barbed finish by cutting the wire at an angle. Standard rolls are 15 meters in length and must be woven continuously without any splices, ensuring uniform strength and durability throughout the roll

Barbed Wire​

Barbed wire for chain link fencing must consist of two twisted strands of galvanized steel, each with a nominal diameter of no less than 2.5 mm. Four barbs, each with a nominal diameter of at least 2 mm, should be spaced 125 mm (±20 mm) apart and wrapped to interlock with both main strands for enhanced security. The galvanized steel barbed wire must comply with ASTM A121 standards, ensuring high durability and resistance to corrosion

Line Post​

Line posts for chain link fencing are essential for maintaining structural integrity and stability. Each line post should be made from galvanized steel, with a minimum diameter of 60 mm with a length of 3400mm and thickness of 3.91. The posts should meet ASTM A-53 Sch.40 standards with tensile strength of 330MPa and Yield Strength of 205MPa, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. They should be spaced no more than 3 meters apart to provide adequate support for the chain link fabric. The top of each line post should be equipped with a post cap to prevent water ingress and corrosion.

Corner, End and Strainer Post​

Corner, strainer, and end posts are essential components in chain link fencing systems, each serving distinct purposes to ensure structural integrity and stability. Each post should be made from galvanized steel, with a minimum diameter of 73 mm with a length of 3400mm and thickness of 5.16. The posts should meet ASTM A-53 Sch.40 standards with tensile strength of 330MPa and Yield Strength of 205MPa, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. Corner posts anchor fence sections at directional changes, maintaining alignment and stability. Strainer posts, or line tension posts, manage fabric tension along straight stretches to prevent sagging. End posts secure the ends of the chain link fabric and support gate installations.

Fittings​

In the ARAMCO Fencing system, all fence fittings, including extension arms made of pressed sheet 1.5mmt to form a shape of an Angle (placed on top of  line post, Corner/Strainer & End Post), round bands, offset bands, stretcher bars, carriage bolts, truss rods, turnbuckles, M8x35mm bolts, and nuts, are manufactured in accordance with ASTM F626 standard.
