Posts
The Welded Mesh Fence 2D868 provides security for properties of different size ranges while adopting its name from the hollow steel posts it uses. Fence posts made available in dimensions 50x50mm, 60x60mm and 50x100mm offer the required strength to handle pressure and force according to height requirements. The fencing specifications exist in two parts where posts define the length and include multiple installation methods:

- Base plated for bolting onto concrete

- Extended with a double (Y) crank on top
Panels
The grid structure between the posts is termed as the panel segment. Double horizontal wires of 8mm dimension and single vertical wires of 8mm dimension with flat profiles compose the mesh panels. The junction points of the mesh panels undergo welding at specific points which create a durable rectangular opening with dimensions of 50x200mm. The mesh receives zinc alloy galvanization treatment to enhance its lifespan. A standard height is 6000mm that extends from stacking three sets of panels at 950mm, 1450mm, and 1950mm.
Various security improvements can be achieved through the following measures:

- 3 or 6 barbed wires

Fittings
Welded steel mesh panels get fastened along the full post length by using 40x50mm metal clips or 50x5mm flat bars secured through 8mm diameter round head bolts. The system implements 8mm round head bolts to connect these fittings every 400mm distance.
