Posts
Post Options: The posts in the guard rails are made from durable C channel steel, measuring 150x75mm with a thickness of 5mm. Standardized at a center-to-center distance of 2000mm, these posts provide a stable framework for the fencing system. The posts can reach heights up to 2200mm for substantial security, with adjustable options for those preferring grounded installation

Straight / Curved / End Rails
- The guardrails are constructed from sturdy W-shaped metal sheets, ensuring the system's durability.
- Rail dimensions are 83x310mm, with thickness varying by fence height: 2mm thick for fences up to 1100mm, 2.5mm for fences up to 1800mm, and 3mm for fences up to 2200mm.
- Standard rail lengths are 3000mm, while curved end rails extend up to 600mm for customized installations.
Fittings
- Rail-to-rail connections use a W-shaped sheet slice measuring 318mm, fastened by hexagonal M1250 bolts for a secure connection.
- Rail-to-post connections can include an optional spacer (150x75x5mm, 356mm long) made of C channel steel, secured with hexagonal M1650 bolts.
- Optional components like alignment plates and tie plates are available to further reinforce the system and enhance safety.

Finishing Variations
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
To ensure corrosion and extended service life, all the steel essentials of the fence should be hot galvanized in compliance with BS EN ISO 1461
Powder Coating
After hot dip galvanizing, the components are passed through high-coated powder BS EN 13438 to enhance durability and aesthetic finish.
Marine-Grade Protection
To withstand salt-induced corrosion in installations within 500 meters of saltwater, a special marine-grade coating is applied to provide lasting resistance.
PVC Coating
