Chain Link Fabrics
HCIS Class 2 Fences are composed of chain link fabrics that are not only powerful security barriers but an aesthetic element to your landscape. These are curated with a 50x50 mm mesh and a wire diameter of 3.76/4.2 mm. Fabrics are 2700 mm high and comply to ASTM F668 Class 2B standards. The infusion of galvanized steel wire and a sustainable PVC coating exudes ultimate strength and acts as a strong, weather-resistant product.
Wire Configurations
Tension Wire
To create horizontal tension and stability to the fence, a tension wire is instilled that runs along the bottom edges. Tension wire prevents sagging and maintains the structural integrity of the fence against wind or harsh impact. 4.5, 4.9. PVC fusion system is incorporated in these wires.
Stirrup Wire
These wires are attached to the fences to provide additional support and attachment points. It is often connected to the vertical post to the mesh or chain-link fabric. It clinches to the high stress point of the fence to distribute load and pressure evenly across the structure. It’s used in this system is 2.5/3.0 PVC Fusion Bonded.
Tie wire
To fasten the tension wire and post to the mesh or chain-link fabric, we use tie wire. It enfolds around the fabric, and the tension wire firmly holds the fabric in place. Tie wire is utilized in the 1.4/2.0 PVC Fusion Bonded system.
Barbed Wire
The HCIS Saudi Arabia class 2 fence system incorporates barbed wire at the top of the fence to add a layer of security by fostering a hazardous boundary. The sharp and pointed barbs deter intrusion and restrain climbing potential. It ensures no unwanted access is granted by making the fence life-threatening. These wires are galvanized as per ASTM A121 with 6 rows at the top of the fence.
Concertina Wire
The anti-personnel fence shall consist of a 3 m high fence configured with three rolls of concertina wire. The concertina wire shall be mounted on top of the fence, with a second roll mounted on the front, and the third roll will be mounted on the bottom. The razor tape shall be fabricated from Series 430 stainless steel. This system uses Concertina wire CBT-65 with a Ø2.5mm galvanized core wire and stainless-steel blades, featuring a 600mm coil diameter, which enhances security by adding a coiled, razor-sharp barrier. Each coil shall contain 51 loops and cover 7.5 m.
Post and Support Structure
Line Posts
Line posts in the HCIS Fencing system measure 3600 mm in length, with a pipe diameter of 88.9 mm and a thickness of 7.62 mm. They weigh approximately 15.27 kg per meter and are placed every 3 meters. These posts are SCH-80 as per ASTM F1083 and have a minimum tensile strength and yield strength of 48000 psi (330 MPa) and 30000 psi (205 MPa), respectively. These posts are hot-dipped galvanized & PVC Coated in accordance with ASTM F1083 standards.
Corner, End and Strainer Post
Corner, end, and strainer post are the most focal points of the HCIS class 1 fence system, extending sturdy structural support and security. These posts measure 3700 mm in length with a pipe diameter of 114 mm and a thickness of 8.56 mm, weighing approximately 22.32 kg per meter. All strainer, corner, and end posts are SCH-80 as per ASTM F1083 and have a minimum tensile strength and yield strength of 48000 psi (330 MPa) and 30000 psi (205 MPa), respectively. These posts are hot-dipped galvanized & PVC Coated in accordance with ASTM F1083 standards.
Fittings Specification
Specifications: After the manufacturing process, all the fittings are hot-dipped galvanized in compliance with ASTM A-123 and A-153 standards to provide extreme corrosion resistance. It makes them durable and enhances their lifespan for outdoor use in diverse environmental situations.
