Ornamental Fence | Components
Posts
Post Options: Constructed from 60x60 mm rectangular hollow sections with a 2 mm thickness, designed for a post-to-post distance of 3000 mm center-to-center. You have the flexibility to adjust the fence height to meet your fitting preferences.
Installation Options:
- Get extended length to fixate it in the ground.
- Base plated for concrete anchoring
- Cranked to accommodate wall mounting.
Panels:
- Each security panel measures 3000 mm. They feature 25mm square pipes with a 2mm thickness for heights up to 2250mm, or 32mm square pipes for taller fences.
- Two horizontal rails (60*30mm, 2mm thickness) reinforce the vertical pales, one positioned 175mm above the ground and the other 175mm below the top.
- We enhance security with 390mm extra pales, and all pales are cut at a 45-degree angle to deter climbing.
Fittings
- Our ornamental fences offer reliable fitting options, keeping your safety as the priority. We instill welding to achieve the connection between pales and horizontals with panels and posts, deviating from the conventional nuts and bolt mechanism.
- For post-installation, you have two options. The post can either be securely grounded or welded to a sturdy base plate measuring 150*150mm with a substantial thickness of 10mm. These options ensure the integrity of your fencing system, providing a reliable and safe solution for your area.
Gates
You can match the gate of your choice, ranging from double leaf, swing, sliding, and tracked configurations. The gates come up with the option of manual or automatic operation.

Finishing Variations
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
To ensure corrosion and extended service life, all the steel essentials of the fence should be hot galvanized in compliance with BS EN ISO 1461
Powder Coating
After hot dip galvanizing, the components are passed through high-coated powder BS EN 13438 to enhance durability and aesthetic finish.
Marine-Grade Protection
To withstand salt-induced corrosion in installations within 500 meters of saltwater, a special marine-grade coating is applied to provide lasting resistance.
PVC Coating
The PVC-coated fence Secure 476 Double provides secure cover with a long-lasting weatherproof finish. It extends product lifespan by resisting corrosion.
