Posts
The HiWeld 3D Extra's robust posts are available in sizes of 40x40mm, 60x60mm, or 50x100mm to suit various fence heights and offer the necessary support to withstand external pressures. These posts feature several mounting options to accommodate different installation needs, including in-ground, base-plated, and cranked setups, with optional top cranks for enhanced security and aesthetic integration.
Panels:
Our panels, measuring 2500mm in width, are constructed from 4mm vertical and 6mm horizontal wires, creating a secure barrier with rectangular openings. Enhanced by a special 3D profile, the panels not only offer improved security but also add a decorative, striped appearance to the fence. Available in heights up to 1950mm, these panels can be stacked for configurations reaching up to 6000mm, with additional security features like spikes and barbed wires
Fittings
To ensure the stability and integrity of the fence, our system includes durable 40x50mm metal clips or 50x5mm flat bars that secure the panels along the posts. These fittings are strategically placed and bolted at 400mm intervals using 8mm diameter bolts, guaranteeing a firm and tamper-resistant installation.
Gates
Complementing the fencing system, our range includes both single and double leaf gates that can be customized with manual or automatic operating mechanisms. These gates are designed to match the security and design standards of the HiWeld 3D Extra system, providing cohesive perimeter security
