Sliding Gate Solutions for Efficient Space Management
Sliding Gate
Sliding gates serve as safe entry points for chain link welded mesh steel as well as HCIS fences when opening in restricted areas. The gates are constructed to resist damage and function with bigger dimensions alongside reinforced frames and dependable rollers. Industrial and commercial applications have access to long-term weather-resistant operation through customizable mesh styles, galvanized or powder-coated finishes and strong assembly components

Types of Sliding Gates
Single Leaf Sliding Gate
The single leaf sliding gate functions with one panel that moves horizontally along its track. This gate works best for foot traffic alongside light motor vehicles in properties with small gate opening space. Both commercial facilities and industries typically use sliding gates to maximize their space utilization effectiveness.
Double Leaf Sliding Gate
The double leaf sliding gate system functions through two horizontal sliding components that unlock from the center to create expanded opening points for oversized machinery access. The purpose of this configuration during commercial or industrial operations provides plenty of clearance for easy entry by trucks alongside forklifts and additional large machinery.
Sliding Gate Components
Gate Posts
Gate Posts consist of SCH 40 grade pipes or Tubes which provide solid foundation points for securing sliding gates. The gate posts function to bear the entire weight of the sliding panel(s) while maintaining consistent gate operations.
Gate Frame
A high-strength steel frame called the gate frame consists of pipes or tubes selected to match fence requirements for this purpose according to the manufacturer. The basic framework behind the gate supports both the chain link infill and other solid panels that hang from it.
Infill
The infill section of sliding gates uses mesh panels as well as solid materials or chain link fabrics that replicate adjacent fence materials. The implementation of welded mesh or chain link or HCIS functions through galvanized steel wire or PVC-coated steel wire to provide both security protection and durability. Our selection of infill depends on the fence type that we will be installing. The gate frame receives its reinforcement through mesh attachment by using clips and stretcher bars with top and bottom wires to improve stability.
Tracks and Rollers
The gateway mechanism consists of heavy-duty tracks supporting smooth-functional rollers since these elements form an essential part of sliding gate systems. The gate operates effortlessly through this system both for small and large sizes. Quality roller and track systems provide extended operational life as well as minimal service requirements.
Locking Mechanism
The locking mechanism of sliding gates features a reinforced security system which includes either classic padlocks or programmed automatic locking features. The application needs to determine whether electronic locking systems should be added to enable better security and simplified access management.
